Q. Checking Availability & Booking?
A. You can see our availability and book online by clicking the "Book Now" box on each page. Our site is 'live' so all available booking slots show.
Q. I want to book in more children or 'extras"
A. If you choose the closest options to your needs, you can add to your booking in the extras menu that appears on the second page of the booking form. You do not commit to a booking until you have made payment so you can always change details as you go.
Q. I cant find the option I am looking for?
A. This usually means that we are fully booked for that category. If you are choosing more than 1 night, you will see a grid showing availability around your dates.
Q. Paying our booking balance?
A. Balances are taken automatically from the card you paid with. Usually 7 days before arrival
Q. Are Dogs allowed?
A. We are a dog friendly park but ALL dogs must be kept on a lead while outside your caravan or tent. We also expect owners to clean up after their pets. Unfortunately we cant allow dogs in our glamping pods but do have two dedicated "pet friendly' Bell tents
Q. Is there an age limit for the play area?
A. We have had to reduce our age limit in recent years, children are getting much taller!. We restrict our toddlers area to 5 and under and our larger swings and slides to 11.
Q. Camping Etiquette - what time do we have to quieten down?
A. We are a holiday park and want everyone to have a great time, this means that we would expect guests to be quiet, with no music after 10.30pm and lights out no later than 11pm. Please remember we have families trying to sleep and noise travels much further in the open air.
